Hi !
Welcome to Ashwini's Kitchen. Let me introduce myself. My name is Ashwini Thiagarajan. I'am a Happy home-maker. I like to share my cooking background. I started cooking in my college days.i remember the first recipe I learnt was making tomato rice besides making a good coffee.once a friend of mine got jeera rice and chole masala. I really loved it and asked for the recipe and replicated it. My parents loved it and it's different cuisine for them as we eat lot of south Indian dishes and still this day the food and taste I miss is of my mother. She is an awesome cook.

Serious cooking journey started after my Marriage. My Husband loves food and  my food critic as well. That made me exploring food and step up my cooking skills. My MIL is a good cook and her specialty is non-veg which helped me to explore the non-veg menus. I have a daughter who is my biggest cheerleader and first fan of my cooking. Many of my friends used to give great feedback of my cooking which encouraged me to start a cooking channel.

Yes,I started a YouTube channel ENSAMAYAL recently . You can show your love by subscribing to the channel. Also you can follow pages of ENSAMAYAL on Facebook, twitter  & Instagram.
