- paneer 250 grams
- onion 2 medium size
- tomato 3 large
- cashew nut 10
- oil
- salt
- kasturi methi 1/2 tsp
- butter 2 tbsp
- fresh cream
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- garam masala powder 3/4 tsp
- bay leaf 1
Method:
- In a pan add oil or butter
- saute onions,tomatoes and cashew nuts
- let it cool and grind to a smooth paste
- add butter to the pan
- add bay leaf and chili powder
- now pour the paste into the pan
- allow to boil for 5 minutes
- add garammasala and kasturi methi
- then add the paneer and simmer it to low flame
- finish with corriander leaves
